sorry - are anglophones included like france which have english as a language many can speak or do you mean more brazil-esque type places (non-anglophones). like do you mean primary language, sub-language or they dont speak a word-of-it.

Little Birdy are pretty good as well, if you like that sorta stuff, it can get kinda annoying after a while though.
