Default I propose a new genre of rock (noob rock).

It's like this. Get a drummer, bass player, melody guitar, and vocalist with no experience whatsoever and force them to play.

I want to make music, but I feel unmotivated to go through all the hurdles to get good. I may make a huge embarrassment, but I don't care, my Yolo spirit is becoming too much.
If nothing else I can come back and laugh at myself. Below is the best example I can find and even then I think it might be a tad too good.

So basically you want to invent punk rock.

Just what I was going to say.
Isn't that the famous punk rock ad: "This is a chord, this is another chord, this
is a third chord. Now go form a band!"??
Can you imagine if the punk rock ethos above was applied to everything in life? "This is a bus. This is a steering wheel. These are passengers. Now go drive a bus!"

Sounds like the training they give Philadelphia bus drivers.

Pfft, I can start today.. I'll buy an electric guitar for the prime instrument. Get my pots and pans for the drums. Strum a few chords with rubber bands for the bass. Use my voice for the vocals (oh boy this is uncharted territory).

Mix it together with audacity or something.
Music should be fun! It doesn't have to be perfect all the time. So much pressure today.

But are you just kind of reinventing punk rock, or do you have a different "vision"? Metallify that ****? Go more trad hard rock? Hilariously bad jazz-fusion? Gotta upload that **** for laughs/unlikely praise.
