I don't mean to sound snobby, but Asking Alexandria, Machine Head and The Hives are among the most popular acts of the 2000s' rock scene, hardly unknown.

I never really listened to them. I just thought I would post them.

I get what you are saying.

I just never listened to them. So I thought I would put them on the list.

None of them are at all unknown, in fact.

They're pretty well known, especially in the guitarist community.

Outside of the extreme guitarist community I highly doubt anyone has heard of them.

Hell, I'm part of that demographic and I only found them by accident.

The Electric Prunes are old but good and Hiss Golden Messenger make some pretty good down-the-middle country-rock. Other than that, I'm not really a fan of any of the ones listed, so nothing to be ashamed of.
