Were opening ours up tomorrow, but I have a feeling that my sister is getting me a Miles Davis or Coltrane record. She asked if I had heard of Miles () and said 'ok I'm done Christmas shopping.' Didn't think that one out did she.

Or she might be punking me.

I don't get to open until tomorrow, but I have a feeling I'm getting Swans and Elliott Smith, but I don't know what else.

Still approximately 21 hours before I can officially open mine, but my grandma has already given me all her old vinyl, including most of Billy Joel's discography. If there isn't a Beatles-related item under the tree, it'll be a surprise. I'll report back in detail tomorrow.

Super jealous, even if you do have months of anguish. I often have wet dreams about what I can do with a prepared electric Chapman stick.

I was right, she got me "Kind of Blue." I also got "Meet the Residents" by The Residents (which I unfortunately already have, so I'll be returning it) and Captain Beefheart's "Safe As Milk" from my uncle.

EDIT: all on vinyl of course.
