There was this one time when I was playing my playlist and something really embarrassing happened. So I joined a music forum to ask if this was a widespread occurrence only to embarrass myself further by spelling the thread title wrongly.

One time I was listening to a randomized playlist and it stopped. Literally nothing was coming out of my speakers. How could I make such a monumental error? It was so awkward. Then I realized I forgot to remove 4'33 from my computer. I was so embarrassed.
Then there was this other time. One time I was listening to my John Cage playlist and suddenly no music was playing. I thought I had deleted 4'33. It was so awkward. So I clicked on foobar to delete it and, this is really awkward, 4'33 wasn't in the playlist. It had literally just come to it's natural end. I was so embarrassed. And my Dad was in the same room as me.

Years ago when I was first getting into Sparks, I was driving my [very Christian] mom to the grocery and had some of my favorite tunes playing in the car.
The memory of her reaction to "Angst in My Pants" still cracks me up.
