what is this type of music?

Hey guys,

First of all i am not sure if this is the right place to ask so i apologize if that is the case. I am looking for a certain type of music and i have no idea what type it is, it might not even have a name, if so, could you give me some other tunes that are similar please.

It's like ... Japanese pop lite instrumental. Or at least Japanese-inspired pop instrumental.

Not really any distinctive genre, frankly.
