Grew up on the same stuff everyone else did, radio hits and all that. As I entered my teen years, I fell in love with Rockabilly, back when the oldies stations played music from the 50's and 60's. And yeah, I still love the music from that time period! When I was a young adult I got into Punk and Metal, my favorite band being Judas Priest (which it still is! I just went to see them live not long ago).

So long story short, yeah, I guess I do pretty much listen to the same music.

Grew up in the '70's. I still like everything I grew up on. I've always had great taste.

In my child hood days I liked classical beats a lot because I am a dancer and I used to dance on classical songs and I listened them today also.

Does 18 and 19 count? If so the similarity is 85%.

13-17. 10% of that music.

All of it cuz I'm still a teenager but the artists I listened to 5 years ago I don't anymore not because I don't like them just because there's other music I like more now.

I guess I can still sort of reply to this thread, actually.

When I was younger, I listened to a lot more conventional rock stuff. Thing like:
The White Stripes, The Kills, The Sonics, The Black Keys, QotSA, Wolfmother, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd etc.

I still really love all of that, but my taste has taken a much more experimental turn, as well as opening up to a lot of new things like hip hop and jazz.

I'm 31 and still a Hanson fan! Started listening to them when I was 13.

I would say the bands that have stayed interesting to me through out all these years are Sonic youth, Nirvana and the Pixies.

I know every Nirvana song by heart except for a few extremely rare songs they have and though i don't listen to Nirvana everyday there are days i revisit In utero and incesticide.

I haven't heard every Sonic youth album so im still finding out great songs from them and The pixies for better or worse are still cranking out new material so i have that to look forward to.

I also still listen to Fugazzi, Bad religion, even Korn and other bands i liked as teen but eventually outgrew.
