Ringo Deathstarr "Pure Mood" 11/18
Ringo Deathstarr aren't exactly original, but the way they mash up shoegaze tropes (all the good ones, discard the bad ones) make them the connoisseurs of the genre. God's Dream was so good, so I'm really excited, especially after their latest single. https://soundcloud.com/club-ac30/ringo-deathstarr-guilt |

I'm personally looking forward to a new Cloud Nothings or La Dispute album. I think Converge is getting ready for a new release too. As a side note, has anyone listened to the new The World is a Beautiful Place or Defeater albums yet? Edit: Probably would've been helpful to read the first post, haha sorry. I really liked Elvis Depressedly's new album, and I'm looking forward to the new Le Butcherettes. I actually got a chance to see them live a while ago with the Melvins and they put on a GREAT show. Highly recommend seeing them. Last edited by Tristan_Geoff; 09-28-2015 at 03:56 PM. Reason: Didn't read first post :P |

[QUOTE=Tristan Geoff;1638244]I don't know, I wasn't too impressed with Earth Rocker. It definitely had it's moments though. Baroness on the other hand... I really need to listen to that new single to make a real opinion but so far they haven't made a bad album.
You should definitely go listen to their single. It's pretty great in my opinion, but you should listen and decide for yourself. |
