Wax Trax has a god-tier selection of vinyl. Definitely a place to hit up.
Also definitely check out Twist & Shout. Expansive selection of CDs and records alike and just a groovy atmosphere overall.
Independent Records from the above article has closed, and there's a new store called Angelo's in the building now, which is sort of three-fourths music shop, one-fourth head shop. I don't know how good their selection of vinyl is (I haven't been there since it was Independent) but that location is positioned kind of between Twist & Shout and Wax Trax so it's probably worth stopping by if you visit the other two.
