Default Songs that would be better without certain lines

I recently listened to Stan by Eminem and I couldn't help but feel that the song would be better if it just ended with when Eminem says "but wait" and then end it with the dido part, I think it would be better without "that was you, damn" the way he says it ruins the tone set by the song, anyway I made this post to see if any of you think there are songs like this

I like Pink's song "Try" and *especially* the video (modern dance!)...

...but whenever I get to this line in the song, "When you're out there doing what you're doing," I have to scoff because that is SUCH a filler line. When you're out there doing what you're doing?!? Snort. It is just so nonspecific and generic.

I think the song would have been better without that line.
