Are The Troggs Underrated?
I really like them. I would like more information or facts about them if anybody has them. Also, could someone advise an album to purchase for someone who is just getting into their music. Thanks. I never hear that much about them compared to the other 60's band. I think they are really good. I like their singing and their sound.
I love these songs -- this is one of the best songs ever recorded in my opinion What do you guys think of this band? I think they are fantastic! |

This is the only Troggs album I have, and it's about as far as I've ever had the desire to get into their music. Probably any of their various greatest hits compilations would give you most (if not all) of what you're looking for.

Never liked "Wild Thing". Decent riff, but the stop start thing just kills the energy of that song for me. The songs you posted didn't make me like them any more either.

Really? I think it is a great song! I love the riff and the way he sings. Classic for sure. Stop start in reference to what? |

This is my first time hearing then and i agree with Batlord i didn't like 'wild thing' but i did like 'Say darling' and from 'Feels like a woman' i really liked the guitar and pacing of the song but i didn't like the vocals in the chorus.
My first impression from them is that they sound like almost every band from that era but that they maybe have a couple of good tracks in their catalogue.
