Looking for Radio Websites to Discover Music

Hi everyone,

Previously, I was using Last.fm for this, but then they introduced Youtube streaming which included too many live performances with shoddy audio and I was turned off by this.

I also used Pandora and Spotify in the past in an attempt to explore music but they do a poor job at this (Put in Italo-Disco for Pandora and it gives you Basshunter, no joke).

So I'm asking you community of MusicBanter to introduce to me a website where I can listen to music I have yet to listen to. I'll give you bonus points if the site comes with tools that would help me describe what I want to listen to (I loved last.fm's multi-tag functions for that reason).
