It's quite beautiful of a composition, so quality-wise it's fine. Subjectively, it sounds like a 3/5.
From you're posts it seems like you got a more diverse music palette than mine. New genres take a bit of exploring to grow on me.

I don't mind sharing this clue.. but it's still rather ambiguous.

Arthur Brown is actually not a part of Hamburg Blues Band, I just stumbled across this excellence. It's a shame because they're really cool, would have loved to see more collabs between them.

But he is amazing. His claim to fame is quite different from that.
