How to run a band?

Easy, just make friends with at least 2 persons that play an instrument and eventually ask them if they wanna start a band..

Starting a band is pretty easy the hard part is following through and creating a good dynamic between the members..

it goes beyond music too ideally you need to find ppl that you can get along with on a friendship level not just pick based on their skills on an instrument cause you might end up with a lead guitarist who looks down on the band and just bosses them around..
