"Counting Stars" - OneRepublic
"Home Again" - Elton John
"The Monster" - Eminem w/Rihanna
"Blurred Lines" - Robin Thicke w/T.I. & Pharrell
"Get Lucky" - Daft Punk w/Pharrell
"Ordinary Love" - U2
"Locked Out Of Heaven" - Bruno Mars

Haven't heard most of those, but I really liked get lucky and the monster. I've played the monster hundreds of times by now.

I have absolutely no interest in Blurred lines; it's bizarre really, like I get no positive feelings listening to that song.

It barely sounds like music honestly.

I would add Bad Blood by Bastille maybe.

Alright, now THAT is pushing the limits of music for me.

I played about 5 seconds of that.


Reminds me of this, only that is ^ MUCH worse.



Still don't understand how this qualified for DP's compilation Musique album. It's the only song I don't like from that album.

I wasn't questioning your enjoyment of the song, I was perplexed by the fact that you were describing a fairly conventional pop song as something that "barely sounds like music".

I dislike the song so much, that it's to the point that I barely consider it to be music.

It sounds more like just random noises and annoying lyrics than actual music to me.

OH! I see what you are saying, yeah other than Michael Jackson, I really really dislike simple pop music. I looked at the Billboard's top 100 longest charting songs a while ago, and I can't stand 90% of the songs on that list because most of them are pop songs.
There's a few that I like such as Footloose, Locomotion, and I Gotta Feeling, but the rest I can't stand.
