help me expand my musical horizons
I recently realized that I basically never listened to an entire album unless it is by one of my favorite artists. I also haven't really given much of a chance to any artists outside of my favorites. I realize that by doing this I am missing out on a lot of good stuff so can you guys help me out by suggesting some bands, or albums for me to check out? I primarily listen to hip hop, classic rock, and electronic music but I am open to basically anything that isn't country or death metal.

Wow, you're basically me in a way i don't tend to listen to full albums i listen to songs individually.
Still, ive listened to a few albums and i recommend Deerhoof = The runners four This album changed how i listen to music, it took me awhile to get the vibe and the sound of the band but once i did, this album became a turning point in music for me. Here are a few tracks so you get an idea what to expect: You can find the whole album on youtube, i suggest you give it a chance cause it's hard to get it right away but once you get it, it will definitely broaden your horizons. (it did for me)
