But I think the bird songs they have on the tunes might be a bit too distracting, she was looking around wondering where the birds were coming from!

I only own fish. But they don't like anything with a heavy drums/bass part. It shakes their home too much. They seem to be more relaxed with quiet "flowing" music like a Beach Boys or Billy Joel ballad, but I think because I'm more relaxed, the fish appear to be more relaxed.

Have played that one for them before. Unfortunately, it didn't draw much of a reaction. They were especially rattled by the following track, I Want You (she's so heavy).

My Maltese dog doesn't seem to take notice when I'm playing music around him. He's fallen asleep many times on my lap when I've been sitting at my desktop PC listening to a Black Metal CD. Though when I'm in the car with my Mom and him, and my Mom's playing her music (The Beatles, The Cars, Queen, etc.) my dog sometimes whimpers, though it may be due to other reasons than the music.

What about a feral choir?

I'd inmagine pets have different ears and they hear diffrently, so our music would not be the same to them, or am I wrong? |
