My inmagination is not good enough, it often also doesn't really listen to me all that well :c.

I think a lot of what I love is a bit irrational.

I mean, I consider myself to be pretty weird and have always been a huge nerd. I'm no hipster but most of my interests are far from mainstream.

Regardless, I love pretty much every pop song ever, while everyone around me tends to hate them.

I also love Eurovision music. That is pretty irrational, too. I love it for its stupidity and lack of creativity. I love it for the fact that some take it too seriously and some think it's a joke. I love it for the drama it creates and the pure hatred most people express for it. I just love Eurovision.

I dont think I can dissociate between what I like "rationally" or "irrationally". Or what the difference between the two even is. My explanations on why I like something would be something like: "I like listening to this because it sounds good"

I have a feeling that irrational music love is the same as a guilty pleasure. And I've never subscribed to that idea. I'll listen to justin bieber the same way I listen to yo la tengo, and I don't care if one makes me look like a better music listener in the eyes of certain people
