Same here, well actually I guess it was more like I didn't think about the name one way or the other. It wasn't until I was a lot older that started thinking about how silly it sounds and wondering why anyone would choose to name their band that.

I still love their music though.

Yeah I guess I really didn't think about it one way or another back in the day. The name just was and the band was awesome.

^Maybe they figured it would give them absolute representation. Instead of being just a band...they would be The Band.

Anal Cunt(and pretty much 90% of the other grind bands out there)
Blues Traveller (now don't get me wrong...I absolutely love Blues Traveller...but what does that mean?)
Bullet for My Valentine (come on....can't we get a little more creative than that?)
Crossfade (it can mean one of two things....which one is it...)
Death Cab For Cutie (WTF!?!?!?!)
Gwen Stacy (Like the music....the name could be better....unless it has some underlying meaning)

A wrath? You mean like in a bad mood or something? Not at all. I wasn't trying to be mean or anything in my Gwen Stacy comment, I was just putting in my two cents on what I thought the name might mean.
