Upload Sites

For my college work I am comparing upload sites against each other to find out which is the best. (excluding YouTube, solely audio upload sites - SoundCloud etc)
If you use upload sites - as an artist, or just to listen, input would be greatly welcomed.
All I need to know is:
1. What sites you use?
2. How often you upload (on each if you use multiple)? Per day/Per week/Per month?
3. How easy is it to navigate around the site(s)?
4. How often do you search for other people’s material?
5. How easy is it to find?
