On top of that I don't really listen to the same music as anyone I know, even my friends who I can talk to it about. I honestly prefer to just keep my music and me separate from the rest of my life, as sad as that is.
Yeah, I know how that goes. My best friend's favorite band is still Fall Out Boy. I'm of the opinion that if you've reached the age of 18, you should accept that FOB is not a good band. She still thinks they're musical genius. I mean, it's fine if you admit it's easily digestible catchy music, but genius? Yeah, we don't talk about music much. But she knows my general taste just because sometimes I can't shut up about it. I've met a few people who've shared my general musical taste/snobbery, but they only wanted to hang out if we were smoking weed. And plus, while my *ssholery is limited to my taste in music, they were arrogant *ssholes in all other aspects of their lives in addition to music.

They're talking about the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy by Adams.

Ahh okay.

I've seen the movie but haven't read the book.

I always forget to wear my towel on towel day as well.

You have no idea how glad I am to hear you found someone and I hope it just gets better and better. You definitely deserve the very best. Love ya, Uncle Troll

Sorry it's just too long to bother writing down. I see you got it though.

You are accepted. Please take this NERD badge with our compliments. You are a man who really knows where his towel is!

Also, as to that conversation of Goofle's: surely "Champagne supernova" is Oasis, not Blur???

Are there two songs? Not to be pedantic and I'm no fan, but that was definitely an Oasis song...

no, that's definitely not what is meant by 'in real life'

For me, yes, of course I talk about music with people. It's one of the few things I both care and know about.

Yeah. You were just deliberately confusing and mixing up bands? I think that's my taxi outside...
