Irrational music hatred
Are there any bands/artists that you despise and have taken a strong dislike to, even though deep deep down you know they're actually not too bad?
Muse for me.

Radiohead. I'll be honest and say that I have found a tiny bit of enjoyment out of one or two songs, but the hatred seemed to grow as everybody was telling me that I was wrong and should give them another chance. Trust me, I gave them enough chances. I'm sure they are great to some, but my ever growing hate mostly stems from the praise they receive. And how people say Thom Yorke is "duh best vocalist evar!!".

I can see Elton John has talent, and some of his singles are not bad, but I could never bring myself to listen to him more seriously due to him being an irritating obnoxious poisoned dwarf with silly hair.

Nine Inch Nails.
I know their early releases aren't bad, but I have vehement hatred for the song Closer that ruined any appeal the band had to me. Aside from thinking their overrated.
