Default In protection of music

The International Music Protection Agency has added Rap noise to the list.

To remind you, the IMPA exists to promote music.

It also lists elements of 'noise'. Some of these in recent years are:

A dog barking.
A train speeding by.
Punk 'music' (the word 'music' is used for descriptive purposes only).
An exploding engine.
A dishwashing machine.

Rap music (again, the word 'music' is purely for identification purposes) has universally been declared as 'non-music' and educationally referenced as 'noise'.
