Default Your Favorite Photographs of Musicians

This thread is for MB members to post their favorite photos of musicians.

I'll open the thread with one of my favorite photos of Dylan playing with a tire. It was taken in Greenwich Village in early 1964.

Ric Ocasek, not a gorgeous man but I've always loved this photo of him.

And out of all the billions of gorgeous pictures of Paul McCartney, this one's my favorite:

And when it comes to one of the greater musical loves of my life, I'm torn between two very peculiar pictures of the lovely, small, and very feminine Marc Bolan:

(I literally spent at least 10 minutes looking for this picture - what am I doing with my life?)

and this may seem odd, but despite all the gorgeous photos of this insanely talented man, taken in the prime of his youth, this remains my most favorite picture of one of my greatest heroes, Russell Mael:

he took a fucking selfie with his ABBA nesting dolls, how could I not love it??

Kaoru Abe, this photo captures his persona and gives a short glimpse into the passion Abe approached music with. This was one of my former MB avatars.

And who could forget Jim Marshall's classic photo of Hendrix:

Janis the wild child with one of her dogs. Janis was an animal lover and always kept three or four dogs, all of which were strays she adopted.

John.

Belinda.

Jim.

Karen (the queen of my life, I love her tremendously).

Karen & Richard.

And one more of Marc, the heartbreaking super-babe he was.
