I know!!

There was nothing wrong with her!! Her story is very heartbreaking! I saw her movie last year and it was quite sad. She looks nice in the above photo too!

She was a beautiful girl that was EXTREMELY TALENTED my goodness. She had the voice of an angel and was a bad ass drum player. Karen Carpenter is legendary.

She is ridiculously underrated. I liked the John Lennon one too, niceee

Spoiler for sad stuff, continue at your own risk:
I wasn't ever really partial to the films that have been made about her, and I've always felt that Karen never felt she was really loved by anyone. Even when she thought she'd found true love (when she was married) she was mistreated, she was empty, and she was sad. I've also always felt that she never had control over her own life in so many ways - she was comfortable behind her drum set, doing her own thing, and she never wanted to be the center of attention. I believe she passed away without ever getting what she really wanted out of life, and that makes me ache.

I love this picture of Neil Young in his prime. He looks like a backwoods shaman.

I really like this seductive picture of Gracie with a cigarello. She was the kind of woman my mother warned me about.

Yea that is very true . I am not sure how accurate her bio was but I think the family was involved in the making of the movie.
