Syd Barrett was both photogenic and enigmatic, so he gets off to a good start. What I particularly like about these photos is how they place him in the sort of everyday scenarios out of which he crafted such strange magic:-

Folk singer Mimi Farina, her sister Joan Baez and a friend lend their support to people protesting against the draft:-



Talent, snappy hats, civil liberties, bare feet and double-entendres - getting all that in one poster was real value for money!

Karen was such a stunning woman. It makes me sick to think that anyone could have ever looked at her, or written of her, and had anything to say that wasn't kind. To think that she ever viewed herself in a negative manner breaks my heart. She was so perfect in every way, but she couldn't see it in herself.
