This one was easy; my favorite band, I was there (but did not take the pic), and it was also their best performance I have ever witnessed.

This is the lead singer from Local H, Scott Lucas.

I guess a close second place pic might have been some sleezy one of Miley Cyrus or Tayler Momsen. LMAO
