Its difficult to know which city will bring you success in your music career, but I would assume somewhere in Pennsylvania could be great for you. Or if not that, then maybe the one you mentioned, in Florida.

Baltimore. No one has mentioned it yet unless I missed something, and their music scene has really taken off during the past few years. Beach House, Wye Oak, Lower Dens, Oxes... it's happening, slowly but surely. Plus it's a really quirky unique place in general. Do NOT base your idea of Baltimore just on The Wire like a lot of people do. That is an extremely small part of the city.
