After an initial burst of interest it faded in terms of how many --- or actually how few --- people were sending songs to him and Rezz eventually felt it wasn't worth his time for the amount of effort he was putting into it. Exsactly it turned into 2-3 entries a week. Started at around 20 then after 4-5 weeks went to 2.

Not worth the time with only that much participation. Anyone else is obviously welcome to take control if they want though.
