Yeah whoops, a popular opinion can't be that something is overrated. Yay for sleepless logic.

But yeah, the aim of this thread is to be the kind of opposite of the "Unpopular Music Opinions" thread. Also, it gives members who are looked at as being more obscure and whatnot to show that they do listen to and like popular music, just don't talk about it much. And that they don't just like something because it's against the general consensus.

I think Dark Side of the Moon is Pink Floyd's best album.

Linda Ronstadt is a great interpretive singer.

My favorite PJ Harvey album is To Bring You My Love.

The best male and female soul singers ever are Otis Redding and Aretha Franklin.

Nirvana are by far the best grunge band.
