Default Nickelback vs Justin Bieber

Tell me, who can be called better? Regarding musical quality.
  • Nickelback: Used to be Overrated and overexposed, now people have opened their eyes about them. Their songs sound the same. Lack musical creativity and talent (playing isntruments is not enough) and creativity for songs a.k.a their songs sound the same. **** lyrics. Tryhard. Used to earn bagillions.
  • Justin Bieber: Earns bagillions. Overexposed Hated everywhere. His music is nothing especial, generic and overall boring. Typical love lyrics. Can sing and dance, but tryhard.

I'll tell you something funny: I saw a post on fb, a guy I know but I'm not friends with was bitching about Justin bieber comming to our country, he called him ****, and said why didn't worthy bands came here. He mentioned NICKELBACK. Haha, I wanted to say that Nickelback is pretty much the JB of rock, regards to reputation, but I didn't.

I'd like you to post with a musical opinion, not just falling into bandwagoning.

The comparison between those two is weird. It's like comparing Pearl Jam to NSYNC.

Nickelback is pretty unoriginal, boring grunge rip-off and turned it into pop-rock. Justin Beiber is the kind of boy popstar that young girls swoon over. But I still can't really make a comparison between the two besides being pop.

You must be the guy that goes to a youtube video of AC/DC's Back in Black and posts comment about how you're only 13 and you like "real music" and then ramble off 4-7 classic rock bands from the 70's and 80's.

I'd say Nickelback. Their songs all sound the same, and there's nothing special about it, but Justin Bieber's music is completely nauseating. At least Nickelback doesn't play glitter pop.

you'll all feel stupid when in a few years Bieber grows as an artist and drops an album similar to the 20/20 experience. you'll all bandwagon then, I tell ya.

Agree with this. I have never strongly hated Bieber as I understand what he is and why his music is made to be the way it is. If he matures and gains some creative freedom (which surely he would be able to knowing whatever he puts out will sell massively) he could make a masterpiece for all we know.

He has Usher as his mentor, I'm sure as he matures so will his music.
