Default where are all the new great guitarists

Hi Guys

I am getting on for 50. so my taste for music goes back a bit. However im sick and tired of listening to all the old greats. Like Kossoff, Green, Gilmour
you know, I want emotion. where is the emotion today. where are the original feeling players that captivate the soul. Its either too technical or soulless or both ? I try to play but ive been crap for years, ill post up a link after 15 posts

I sound like a old geezer don't I
feel like it too

Check out our member Plankton's work at Home - Planktons Odyssey, and also maybe listen to Buckethead and Steve Vai, Joe Satriani and don't forget the greats, Gary Moore and Rory Gallagher!

I appreciate the nod TH.

Here's a few guitar players that pack an emotional wollop:

Gary Moore - YouTube

"Rockin' Horse" - Derek Trucks Guitar Solo - YouTube

buckethead- too many humans - YouTube

Indigenous - 2006 - The Way You Shake - YouTube
