I didn't read that post closely. It technically has three questions. The first - well, I didn't say Canada vs. USA is off-topic. I sort of answered the others in my last post.
OMG, just discovered Alanis Morissette, probably Canada's highest-quality high-selling export of the past 20 years, has been absent from the discussion. Quantity over quality within posts made to the forum, that unfortunately goes to show.

Be the change that you want to see. If you really wanted to do a better version of this thread then you would start that new thread you are talking about.

I'm tired of that line. This forum isn't going to improve until moderators and other people with more influence than me decide to contribute more positively.
To this thread, I now contribute Sarah McLachlan and suggest that Canada-vs.-USA 80's-present female pop stars has much more potential as a thread than this one does.
