Welcome Back Kotter - Theme Song - YouTube
Chico and the Man had a much better theme song performed by Jose Fellicano compared to Welcome back Kotter.

There was a little bit of controversy over this particular song concerning racism. "The Illegal Alien Christmas Song" ?

Favorite music genre is definitely hardcore. Favorite band of all time is Converge. Really do not dig the radio all that much, although I am a sucker for a really catchy pop song (22, Call Me Maybe, etc.)

The problem with Franco Pepe Kalle is that he is a unpredictable character. There is surprising info about this man. You think he only likes Franco and Pepe Kalle but when you find out that he hears other artists, you are shock.

My favourite genre is what I call "pop music". Which is, roughly, not-aggressive music which focuses on melody. But I do often listen to hard rock music (as well as punk) as well. Provided that it has melody.

I'm working on a project and I'd like to know from you bunch of obviously very attractive people what your favorite music genre is.

And your general opinion on radio/television music.

And your favorite artist (e.g. Benny Benassi) OR band (e.g. Slipknot) OR composer (e.g. Hans Zimmer), or all of the above, if you feel like typing.

Leave your gender as well while you tell everyone who's best. Thanks!
Fave genre: Rock, especially indie/alternative punk

Radio/TV musis: Generally not impressed. One exception: John Sebastian's "Welcome Back", which was the theme song for the TV show "Welcome Back, Kotter" and gives the backstory to the show, is infinitely better than the show itself.

Fave artist: Currently active favorites are The Paranoid Style (band) and Johnny Dowd (solo artist). Past favorite bands are The Fall (RIP), and Led Zep when I was a teenager.

Gender: male

I am all about country music, but with it evolving the way that it has over the last several years, I prefer 80s and 90s country mostly although my most favorite singer is a newer singer named Mason Ramsey. Why him? I love Mason's loyalty to traditional country music.

God bless you and him always!!!
