Any Other is on to a clear winner. The OP must have heard quite a lot of music from the 00's.

It was released in 1999, something you would have found out by using Google.

It would be harsh of me to type it as "Any Other", but certainly appropriate.

The **** outta here, I know music like most things is supposed to be subjective blah blah blah, but I'm not having that. Genius, really?

You probably should have just posted this in the Indie/Alternative forum but my choice happens to be on that list and it's The Strokes - Is This It

Although I do feel the same way about this album I happen to think their best work to date is Humbug. Whatever People Say That I am Thats What I'm Not is a brilliant album and my coming of age album I guess, I was 17 and had got my first proper job and moved in to my own flat. Good and bad memories this album will always take me back there, also as a debut album it stands up on its own like Is This It, it was a tough call.
