I like The Beatles although I am not a huge fan. I think it was a massive mark for music though as it paved the way for different and new sorts of modern music. A lot of artists now use The Beatles as inspiration!
There's no denying the were, and still are massive. |

Any artist/music journo that says they don't like the beatles should take a long hard look at the history of pop music in general. They were, and always will be THE FIRST to do any number of things:- The Concept album, use feedback on a track, to make psychedelic mainstream!

I loved these songs when they first came out as 45rpm singles when I was little (in '63 I was 5). I think now that they were better than the pop of that day but music would evolve tremendously over the next 30-40 years
