Two of them have already died. Oh, you meant the music. Yeah that will be around forever.

the Beatles music will never die. In fact more people know about the beatles in foreign countries than they do of their own musicians.

Any thoughts regarding this landmark moment in music history?
Well when you really think about it Music History is riddled with landmarks. I didn't think of it much as landmark (maybe it is maybe it isn't) but it was the first album by the band I liked after I went through this period where I couldn't stand them. I couldn't stand people bragging things like "The Beatles are the greatest band in the world." I heard so much music and didn't think The Beatles any better or any worse then from anything else I heard. They were just part of the musical landscape of music I heard on the radio. But after a while I was like who is this group that everyone and thier uncle Bob thinks is the great band in the world? I thought I'll be objective and go through their discography. I love the archaic sound of the album, it sounded raw and some of the songs I knew from other artists. I can't say whose version is better the Beatles or the other band's version, each have their own appeal.

The Shirelles - Baby It's You (the band Smith does an excelent cover version as well)

Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass recorded the most popular instrumental version of the song with a cover on their 1965 album, Whipped Cream & Other Delights. This recording won three awards including Record of the Year at the Grammy Awards of 1966. The instrumental spent five weeks at number one on the easy listening chart, reached number seven on the Billboard Hot 100.
