how about.... Coma Berenices or Orion Lynx?
You could go through a list of constellations and mix match a couple of them maybe add a color or emotion to one of them.

"Russian immigrant Pavel reveals on his deathbed that, when driving his friend's wedding party sledge, he saved his own life and companion Peter's by throwing the bride and groom to the attacking wolves. Antonia and Jim are fascinated by this story, and readers are haunted and intrigued by it. The tale holds the obvious appeal (both for the children and Cather's reader) of the drama of the incident, the color of its remote foreign setting, and the morbid satisfaction of learning the mysterious past of the Russian neighbors. But beyond these appeals, the story also resonates with important motifs, such as gender politics, marriage, and movement that are woven throughout the novel. It sheds light on Cather's sources and inspirations as well as on the nature of the Great Plains immigrant population. At the same time, it transcends regional concerns, addressing mythic themes that recur across cultural boundaries. Thus, though frequently noted, this incident supports further exploration."
Fascinating. Quote:

I didn't think that would actually get a response.
![]() I threw that name together purely because of the Bohemian aspect of the band lol. Also, is it bad that I found that part of the book hilarious?

I could have seen other posts you've made that suggested it, but the word 'alabaster' is a not a visceral vocabulary piece for those who don't "create".... in my opinion... My friend introduced me to Esthero's work after telling me he worked with her, and I was captured by that song.. and Thanks for all of your suggestions everyone, comedic or sincere these are entertaining I can't wait to show her. And a few I want to write some songs about LOL.... Last edited by CLOSER; 03-06-2013 at 12:25 PM. |
