happy happy joy joy - ren and stimpy
a day in the life - the beatles, on vinyl so the record sticks forever and i get to live a little longer |
Taj Mahal - "Happy to be Just Like I am"
Vladimir Horowitz's rendition of Beethoven's "Sonata Pathétique" Russian Circles - "Verses" |
I'd want to be escorted out of this life on the wings of the following songs -
"Echoes" - Pink Floyd "The Number One Song in Heaven" - Sparks "Golden Slumbers" - The Beatles |
In order, first my favorite song of all time.
Then this song And this is without question the last song I want to hear before I die. if anything just for the outro. |
1. Everlast - "What It's Like" (It is one of the best songs played over the radio.)
2. Dilated Peoples - "Worst comes to worst" (It is a catchy song with a powerful message.) 3. Insane Clown Posse - "Homies" (The song gives me a sense of belonging.) |
Comus - The Herald
02. Comus - The Herald - YouTube I used to have a massive hate boner over prog folk because it was usually pretty damn cheesy, but these guys manage to take their usually dark and violent sound into more light territories. Also the guitar solo is one of my favourite guitar solos of all time. KAyo Dot - The Manifold Curiosity Kayo Dot - The Manifold Curiosity - YouTube Many Kayo Dots will adamantly proclaim this as one of the most genius pieces of music ever written. It defies genres completely and sounds eerie and dream like. I've been listening to this record non stop for a few years now and it never ceases to be my perfect album. The Beach Boys - Wouldn't it be Nice The Beach Boys [Pet Sounds] - Wouldn't It Be Nice (Stereo Remaster) - YouTube because duh |
In order...
1.All That I Need-Blind Melon Because that's my daughters favorite band and the first song she ever memorized, I use to sing it to her at bed time. 2.Jambi-TOOL Because I always dedicate that song to my son & he's as big a TOOL fan as I am, "Shine on forever shine on benevolent son..." 3.Parabol/Parabola-TOOL (Yeah technically it's two tracks on the album but it is really one song, you just can't listen to one without the other) because that's a great song to die to & spiritually comforting. |
Oh that's an easy one: Halleluja 3 Xs j/k
