I honestly like the censored version of Money Store cover more than the uncensored version. As said before, the red border for Pain Teens pushes it over the edge.

I'm amazed by the direction the voting has taken here. That Pain Teen cover is really, really blah. Death Grips wins it by a long shot for me.

Ugh, those Roger Dean type album covers are the worst part of being a prog fan (outside of being around other prog fans). =\ Out of the two, I'd pick Ian Gillan, if only because the sky is nicely done.
