The only way I would consider Michael Jackson's music influential is in the production, especially Thriller (the album), and let's take a guess at how much involvement he had in that

I might be way off base but he might be referring to Princes charm with the ladies. Never understood it myself, besides his obvious stage magnetism and ability with music.
