Question Where do I find a song that sounds like X?

This is a meta question...
I'm a big fan of the Stack Exchange series of forums -- they have a very streamlined question-answer format that solves queries quickly.

I'm looking for a community like this that caters to questions like "what are some songs with that have lots of harmonics -- example: Underworld's Rez"

Do you know of an online community that specializes in song suggestions based on a simple sound-related question like the above?

Or alternatively you could just go google 'Big beat from the 90s' and get a whole bunch of bands that were doing similar things to Underworld, but apparently everybody wants everything spoon fed to them these days and take all the fun out of listening to music.
