Default Building a Pro Studio

Any suggestions on how build the best in home studio? I have around 500 sq ft to work with.

I saw this singer song writer Pete RG put a cool Studio series up on his youtube of him building his own studio.. kinda cool

I have some suggestions, for example you can put in a room in your appartament some box of beer then some bottle of whisky , a keybord and a drum... simple.
