Is it good news that small venues no longer need a live music license?

if you are a musician or a small venue owner what do you think of the 2012 Live Music Bill. Is it beneficial to you?

can you perhaps note some of the pros and cons of this new bill?

i ask because i can't really think of any drawbacks.

Sounds like a win for the little man. Groups of 200 people or less wouldn't require a costly license and non-amplified music wouldn't require a license for any number of people. The World needs more bills like this that take care to assure us that small businesses in general aren't being overtaken by the lawmakers of the World.
