I know I'm pretty much alone in this, but I hate E.I.T.S. It's like they strip away all the subtlety, experimentation, and everything else I find interesting about post rock until nothings left but the most generic cliched version of it.

I'd go with these:

Spoiler for post rock videos:

and some post-metal just for the hell of it

Even though it's not explicitly stated in the title, this thread is really about instrumental music.

I adore this song. I listen to it all the time. It's incredible haunting.

Thanks for posting all the songs guys. I dont have the energy to check them all but I did listen to the Isis one and I must say that was excellent. If that's really Post metal then I really like that genre.

Also Janszoon, about the third stream albums that you mentioned.....well, I cant find them anywhere.

Then you should check out Neurosis(generally considered the originators of the genre), Latitudes, Russian Circles, and Red Sparowes(more of a Post-rock band but the guitarist and bassist(on their first 2 lps) are from Isis so they're heavier than most)
Spoiler for videos:

I can't remember specifically where I got each of them, but I just checked and all of them are available on Amazon.
