I would have to go with Something by George Harrison its a short song beatifully written and not cheesy at all like other love songs. Frank Sinatra even said that is the best love song ever coming from that man he knows.

Feel the beauty and obsession of Love with Breath by Faith Hill. It's such a lovely love song with amazing expression of feelings, truly, beyond the words.
