Default Best opening songs?

Nothing tingles my balls more than a great opening song to set an album off.

One of the most powerful, gorgeous, epic pieces of music I've ever heard. I still love it now as much as I did eight years ago.

Kicks off their debut album with a psychedelic, hazy, trippy kick and vocals that, when experienced live as a set opener, nearly took the roof off the venue. Happy memories.

Surely one of the most powerful, epic starts to a rock album?

I have never heard an album start with a more brutally aggressive song that this one

Can't really think of another album opener that truly encapsulates the mood and feel of its subsequent album better than this song.

Not only is the first track on Process of Elimination by Len Tch'e, "The Fist of Leng Tch'e", a powerful slap of intensity and a perfect way to start the album, but the way the song starts is the perfect intro to the intro song.

Ooh, yeah! That's what I though, too. And the next thing that comes to my mind is the next Pantera album The Great Southern Trendkill which opens with the song with the same name

PanterA - The Great Southern Trendkill - YouTube

But I couldn't put out the Rolling Stones' great opening tracks like:
Beggars Banquet's "Sympathy for the Devil", Let It Bleed's "Gimme Shelter", Sticky Fingers' "Brown Sugar", Exile on Main Street's "Rocks Off", and my favorite opening song Tattoo You's "Start Me Up".

The Birthday Party lays down the law for Prayers on Fire with this manic assault.

"Start"-ing off Revolver sharp and solid.

Let It Bleed started off with a perfect way to sum up 1969.

...but this did it better!
