Looking forward to it myself. Violet Cries showed a lot of promise but felt a bit incomplete as an album. If they've built on and developed the stronger moments of their debut I'm sure that their new album will deliver the goods.

Well, I know there's atleast one amazing record I'll be keeping my eyes out for circa February, courtesy of everyone's favorite Porcupine Tree frontman...


Steven Wilson - The Raven That Refused To Sing (And Other Stories)

He's cowritten and engineered the album with THE Alan Parsons and based the concept around classic Gothic horror literature, so I'm expecting to be blown away.

Now THAT sounds amazing! Specially as Alan Parsons previously tackled Poe's stories in what I think was the debut of the APP? Always good to see new work from either, both on the same album is a must-order.
