Here's ELO from "Out of the blue", part of the "Concerto for a rainy day", this is "Standin' in the rain".

It's odd how many songs with "Rain" in the title are good. Some omissions below, not great songs, but good ones...

Don't apologize, I hate them to, it's the only song I could think of. Ha! my friend has like 4 albums of theirs and I asked "Why the **** do you have have 4 Travis albums" he said "I figured they must eventually have a decent song"
