The ones I love the most are from the Prospective 21e Siècle series.
Not only were they beautiful covers that reflected light in fun ways,
but they had a wonderful texture to the touch. I still cherish these.

Here's a site with good pictures of about a couple dozen releases.

and this guy below shows off some of his collection
(notice the sound when he slides them against each other
and that may give you some idea of the cover's texture).

I love pretty much all of Suede's cover art, though it's a shame I don't love all the albums.

That Herb Alpert cover is probably one of the most parodied covers around.
